Virtual Petri Dish - As of now this is just the documentation for the Virtual Petri Dish AI program I will begin working on after Project_3, but I wanted to get all the algorithms down before I completly forgot about the project. Project_3: Generic Space Deathmatch - Right now I am optimizing this project to run smoothly with a large number of characters on the screen. I'll be implementing more features hopefully over the Spring break like collision detection, real AI, and more interactive options (shooting, etc). You can read my diary to see how the project is currently going. Also, a friend of mine is (hopefully) going to send me some art to use in the project as well 'cause currently it uses 256 color bitmaps and looks pretty damn ugly. Ah well, as is life. Cracker Jacks - I am only leaving this here for completness sake. It was my first fairly substantial Allegro project. It is poorly coded, has awful graphics, and is not well optimized at all. Anyway, there is a diary for this game to and I let you laugh at the source. The Lamest Sidescroller Ever - An old Gameboy game I made about three years ago that I just dug up. It actually not really a game. The guy just walks around and responds to a and b buttons. More of just a test demo than anything. So feel free to download any of these files, redistribute them, and edit them as you like. Just, please, give credit where credit is due. These projects might not be great, but believe me it'll take a lot less effort on your part to simply add my name to the credits than it took me to put these projects together. |
